1. When do you need bank account credentials?

When the proof of remittance uploaded by the users does not contain any of the following information, Webull Securities cannot identify whether it is the customer who made the deposit and requires the user to provide the bank account credential:

• Account Name

• Account Number

• Deposit Amount

2. Information to be included in the proof of bank account

Usually, bank card or bank statement will be used as proof of bank account. The proof of bank account must also contain:

• Account Name 

• Account Number

3. How to upload proof of bank account

You can upload the proof of bank account when you upload the proof of remittance, or you can go to the Help Center> select "Feedback" and send the proof of bank account to us.
