Once you activated the Moneybull service, it means that you agreed to automatically place MMF subscription order when there is idle cash in your account, automatically place MMF redemption order when your account needs cash, and relevant subscription or redemption orders will be automatically sent to relevant fund house at or after HK time 9:01 am on every business day for execution. Redemption proceeds will be returned to your account in 1 or 2 business days after execution.

Also, market value of your MMFs will be counted as part of your unified purchasing power, which can facilitate your purchase of other financial products, immediate fund withdrawal or currency exchange. so you can maintain flexibility in your cash management and enjoy capital appreciation of your idle cash. Once you activated Moneybull service, idle cash in your stock account ranging from HKD1 to HKD 800,000 or ranging from USD 1 to USD 100,000 would trigger automatic subscription of MMFs.

4. Before purchasing other financial products, do I need to stop Moneybull service to redeem all my MMFs and get the redemption proceeds first?

5. How long does it take to switch one MMF to another MMF?

It will take 2 to 3 business days to process your MMF switching order. During the product switching period, the profit will be suspended temporarily.
