Manual Redemption Process

How to Activate Manual Redemption Functionality:

Eligible Account Types: Cash and Margin Accounts

For New Account Users:

During the account opening process, check the box to activate the Webull Moneybull feature. After reading the agreement, a purchase confirmation page will appear.

Select the money market funds you wish to subscribe to; you can choose between automatic or manual subscription (this selection can be changed after activation). After reading the relevant agreements and documents, click the "Confirm" button.

After reading and understanding the relevant product documents, clients need to check the box stating, "I have read and agree to the relevant agreements and documents, understand product details and risks, " and then click "Agree."

For Existing Account Users:

On the Webull Moneybull page, click the "Activate Now" button to enter the manual redemption activation page. (USD-denominated and HKD-denominated money funds need to be activated separately.)

The bottom of the page will display the "Confirm Activation" automatic redemption page. (It is recommended that clients click on "Relevant Agreements and Documents" to understand product details.)

How to Conduct Manual Redemption

On the Webull MoneyBull page, click the “Manual Subscription” button, enter the subscription amount, and click the “Subscribe” button to submit your instruction.

On the Webull MoneyBull page, click the “Redemption” button, enter the redemption amount, and click the “Redeem” button to submit your instruction.

How to Switch Between Manual Subscribe/Redeem and Automatic Subscribe/Redeem Modes?

Once successfully activated, on the Webull MoneyBull page, click on the icon to enter the “Automatic Redemption Management” page. In the “Subscription Method” section, you can click to switch between automatic and manual subscription methods.

How to Modify or Delete a Manual Subscribe/Redeem Order

1. Navigate to the Webull MoneyBull homepage.

2. Click on the icon on the right side of the image.

3. Select "Automatic Redemption Management."

4. Go to "Orders" and then "Order History."

5. Click the “Cancel” or “Modify” button for the desired order.
