Mr. Rinn, who has served as a board member and chair of the PublicSquare Audit Committee since July 2023, will succeed Brad Searle, who will transition to Senior Vice President of Finance for the Company's Brands Division. Mr. Rinn brings over 30 years of accounting leadership at public and private companies, having held multiple CFO roles throughout his career.
