Sharps Technology Appoints Paul Danner As Executive Chairman

On June 30, 2025, the Board of Directors of Sharps Technology, Inc. (the "Company") appointed Paul Danner to serve as the Company's Executive Chairman, replacing Soren Christiansen, who was a non-executive Chairman.
In connection with Mr. Danner's appointment and resulting change in independence status, the Board appointed Timothy Ruemler to serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Additionally, the Board appointed Soren Christiansen to fill Mr. Danner's seat on the Compensation Committee.
