Here's What to Expect From C.H. Robinson's Next Earnings Report

Eden Prairie, Minnesota-based C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (CHRW) provides freight transportation and related logistics and supply chain services in the United States and internationally. With a market cap of $11.8 billion, the company operates in two segments, North American Surface Transportation and Global Forwarding. CHRW is poised to report its fiscal 2025 Q2 earnings on Wednesday, July 30, after the market closes.

Ahead of this event, analysts expect the company to report a profit of $1.18 per share, up 2.6% from $1.15 per share in the year-ago quarter. The company has surpassed the Street’s bottom-line projections in each of the past four quarters, which is impressive.

For fiscal 2025, analysts expect CHRW to report a profit of $4.78, up 6% from $4.51 in fiscal 2024. Furthermore, its EPS is expected to grow 13.6% year over year to $5.43 in fiscal 2026.

CHRW stock has grown 15.1% over the past 52 weeks, underperforming the Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund’s (XLI21.7% surge but outperforming the S&P 500 Index’s ($SPX12.1% uptick during the same time frame.

On Apr. 30, CHRW grew 1% following the release of its Q1 earnings. The company’s overall revenue declined 8.3% year-over-year to $4 billion and fell short of the consensus estimates, mainly caused by lower transportation and sourcing revenue. However, its adjusted EPS for the quarter rose by 36% from the prior year’s quarter to $1.17 and surpassed the consensus estimates by 14.7%.

Wall Street analysts are somewhat bullish about CHRW’s stock, with a "Moderate Buy" rating overall. Among 24 analysts covering the stock, 13 recommend "Strong Buy," one suggests a “Moderate Buy,” eight suggest a “Hold,” and two suggest a “Strong Sell.” CHRW’s average analyst price target of $109.20 indicates a potential upside of 9.9% from the current levels.
