Vivos Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:VVOS) shares climbed 73.6% to $0.3230 after the company announced it executed strategic agreements with Ormco and On Demand Orthodontist to provide Spark Clear Aligners to its national network of providers.

Conduit Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:CDT) shares climbed 39.7% to $6.72.

Histogen Inc. (NASDAQ:HSTO) gained 27% to $0.6350.

Pixelworks, Inc. (NASDAQ:PXLW) gained 22% to $1.3100 after reporting preliminary revenue results for the third quarter.

Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:BCLI) shares rose 18.5% to $0.2016 after falling 15% on Tuesday. Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics recently announced the FDA Advisory Committee voted that NurOwn did not demonstrate substantial evidence of effectiveness for treatment of mild to moderate ALS.

BranchOut Food Inc. (NASDAQ:BOF) gained 16% to $2.0873. BranchOut pre-announced third-quarter revenue of roughly $1.1 million.

KWESST Micro Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:KWE) climbed 13% to $1.82.

Air Industries Group (NYSE:AIRI) gained 13% to $3.2699.

LightPath Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:LPTH) climbed 11.2% to $1.59.

Globus Maritime Limited (NASDAQ:GLBS) shares climbed 10.1% to $0.2439. Globus Maritime regained compliance with NASDAQ's minimum closing bid price.

Star Equity Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:STRR) gained 9.8% to $1.0105.

Accuray Incorporated (NASDAQ:ARAY) climbed 9.8% to $2.85. Accuray announced approval of the Tomo C radiation treatment delivery system by the Chinese National Medical Products Administration.

CalAmp Corp. (NASDAQ:CAMP) shares jumped 9.3% to $0.4490. CalAmp is expected to release its fiscal 2024 second quarter financial results on Oct. 5, 2023.

FLJ Group Limited (NASDAQ:FLJ) shares surged 9% to $0.2439. FLJ Group recently entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Lianlian Holdings Inc.

LiveVox Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:LVOX) climbed 8.1% to $3.61 after NICE announced it will acquire the company.

Acuity Brands, Inc. (NYSE:AYI) rose 6.6% to $178.48 following better-than-expected quarterly earnings.

Brooge Energy Limited (NASDAQ:BROG) shares rose 6.6% to $5.85 after the company announced GULFNAV submitted a proposal to acquire all of its businesses and assets.

RPM International Inc. (NYSE:RPM) gained 6.3% to $98.65 after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results and issued guidance.

Losers

Molekule Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:MKUL) dipped 30.5% to $0.1425. Molekule Group and its subsidiary have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and will operate as a debtor in possession, seeking a credit facility of $5 million from dip lenders including Foundry Group Next, Armistice Capital Master Fund, SVBC, Bridge Coast Capital.

A10 Networks, Inc. (NYSE:ATEN) fell 29.7% to $10.66 after the company reported preliminary third-quarter financial results. The company sees quarterly revenue of $56.5 million-$58.5 million, vs. consensus of $74.65 million.

Inhibikase Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:IKT) declined 26.4% to $1.0299. Inhibikase Therapeutics received FDA orphan drug designation for risvodetinib for the treatment of multiple system atrophy.

Kineta, Inc. (NASDAQ:KA) shares fell 26.6% to $2.90 after the company announced a $3 million registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.

Beneficient (NASDAQ:BENF) fell 23.8% to $1.92.

Trinseo PLC (NYSE:TSE) dipped 21.5% to $6.51. Jefferies downgraded Trinseo from Buy to Hold and lowered the price target from $22 to $9.

Profire Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ:PFIE) fell 19.9% to $2.16.

MSP Recovery, Inc. (NASDAQ:LIFW) fell 17.4% to $0.2066 trading after the company announced a 1-for-25 reverse stock split to regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.

VIQ Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ:VQS) fell 16.6% to $0.1390 after gaining 27% on Tuesday. Last Wednesday, VIQ Solutions announced the delisting of its stock from the Nasdaq and the resignation of its director.

The Dixie Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:DXYN) dipped 16.4% to $0.6011.

Amprius Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:AMPX) fell 16.3% to $4.21.

ALX Oncology Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:ALXO) declined 16.2% to $6.30. Cantor Fitzgerald maintained ALX Oncology Holdings with an Overweight and raised the price target from $18 to $23.

Ocean Biomedical, Inc. (NASDAQ:OCEA) fell 15% to $2.3205.

bioAffinity Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:BIAF) fell 12.4% to $1.13. Biofrontera announced preliminary third-quarter revenues of $8.7 million to $9 million.

AgileThought, Inc. (NASDAQ:AGIL) shares fell 11.7% to $0.1501 after gaining over 6% on Tuesday.

Allego N.V. (NYSE:ALLG) fell 11% to $2.2669.

B&G Foods, Inc (NYSE:BGS) shares declined 10.8% to $8.45. Piper Sandler downgraded B&G Foods from Neutral to Underweight and lowered the price target from $14 to $8.

IGM Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:IGMS) fell 10.5% to $6.01. IGM Biosciences announced retirement of Chairman Michael Loberg effective Oct. 3.

Trinity Industries, Inc. (NYSE:TRN) tumbled 9.8% to $21.04. Trinity Industries reported deliveries of 4,325 new railcars in the third quarter, 685 units below its projection due to closing of US-Mexico border.

Femasys Inc. (NASDAQ:FEMY) fell 9.3% to $2.2587 after dipping 36% on Tuesday. The stock has been volatile since the company received FDA 510(k) clearance for FemaSeed, an infertility treatment, towards the end of September.

Kronos Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE:KRO) declined 9.1% to $6.69. Barclays maintained Kronos Worldwide with an Underweight and lowered the price target from $7 to $6.

Helen of Troy Limited (NASDAQ:HELE) fell 8.6% to $103.84 after the company reported second-quarter financial results and issued guidance.

Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ:CALM) fell 7.6% to $43.90 after the company posted weaker-than-expected sales for its first quarter on Tuesday.

GSE Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:GVP) fell 7.4% to $0.1916.

Novartis AG (NYSE:NVS) shares fell 4.2% to $95.28. Novartis announced it completed the spin-off of Sandoz unit.
