How long will it take for the completion of the account opening?

After you complete the information and submit the application as required, our staff will complete the review of the account opening information within 12 hours at the earliest. After the account is successfully opened, you will be notified via Webull App, SMS or email.

Account opening review enquiry

If Webull Securities needs to confirm additional information with you,. our staff will get in touch with you by notification via Webull App, phone or email. You can also go to Help Center > Feedback to contact us.

Account opening application placed on hold / rejected

If your account opening application is placed on hold / rejected, Webull Securities will send the reason to your email address. Please check and modify your information and resubmit the application. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us via the Webull App.
