1. How to initiate a FPS online transfer on Website?

• Logon your personal e-banking
• Choose P.P Payment Platform> Transfer> Local Transfer> Fill in the transfer information

From Account: select the account you want to make the transfer

To Account: select "new payee" for the first deposit

Payee Type: Select "Bank Account"

Receiving bank: CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited (020)

Account number: 60100708825 (HKD account), 60112863727 (RMB account), 60134302583 (USD account)

Check "add as registered payee"

Payee's name: WEBULL SECURITIES LIMITED

Transfer date: Now/specified date

Amount: Enter the amount to be transferred (for faster reconciliation, you can enter a decimal rather than a integer. For example, if you want to transfer 10,000 HKD, you can enter 10,000.5 HKD, which can speed up the transfer).

Message to payee (optional) / Bill reference: Self-defined.

2. How to initiate a FPS online transfer on Mobile app?

• Open the Hang Seng Bank mobile app and logon your personal account
• Choose P.P Payment Platform> Transfer & Pay> Transfer & FPS> New payee> Account number

• Fill in transfer information
