Unfilled regular orders for US stock (not include extended hours) after regular trading hours closure
Unfilled regular orders for US stock (not include extended hours) after regular trading hours closure (US EST 16:00 p.m.) need to be processed by US broker-dealer for post market process. During the processing period, such holdings (ask order) or buy powers (bid order) will not be released until the process is fully completed. Meanwhile, clients can’t cancel such orders or switch such orders to post market trading. The complete time of such process is absolutely decided by the US broker-dealer. If clients are intended to participate in the post market trading, they can: 1) choose “include extended hours” when placing orders or 2) cancel the regular orders before regular trading hours closure (US EST 16:00 p.m.) |
