Funds Subscription Procedure

Firstly, click “Wealth” and select the fund that you are interested, and check the fund details. Client ensures that there is enough money in the account to subscribe the fund. (The financing limit will not be counted in the purchasing power of the fund)

Click " Trade " at the bottom of the page

*When the fund risk level is not match with the client's risk tolerance level, the client is not allowed to place the order.

Confirm after inputting the subscription amount

Check the risk and product details agreement and confirm the order

Order can be sent successfully (instructions initiated after 11:00 am will be processed on the next trading day)

Open order

On the "Orders" page, the "Open Orders” issued can be found on the same day. If the client would like to cancel the order, the request can be submitted to the fund company for handling (before 11:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on the fund trading day).

Cancel the order

Click " Cancel Order " at the bottom of the page and confirm

Normally, orders sent on the previous trading day cannot be cancelled after 11:00 a.m.

Confirm Orders

When the order status has changed to "Confirmed", Clients can confirm the share, equity and profit and loss in " My Positions" or " History “. The client need to wait for settlement before redemption.

** For example, when a " Filled " order received, the client can confirm the previous fund trading day of the fund’s income on the next fund settlement day.

Order Settled

Under the condition of " Settled “, the client will receive a transaction notification that the fund transaction is successful.
