How to open a Webull Securities account

Step 1: Click "Open Account" on the main interface.

Step 2: Choose your account type.

Step 3: Select your account region and upload the relevant identity documents.

Step 4: Fill in your personal information.

Step 5: Fill in your employment and contact information.

If you are an employee of a licensed corporation/registered institution, please select "Yes" and upload your employer’s consent letter.

Step 6: Choose your account type and fill in your financial status and investment experience.

Step 7: Identity Verification

(1) Faster Payment System (FPS)

(2) Online bank transfer verification: You need to provide a photo of your Hong Kong resident ID card and a proof of address issued within the last three months. Then, bind a Hong Kong bank account under your own name and transfer at least HKD 10,000 / RMB 10,000 / USD 1,300 or more to Webull Securities’ designated bank account. When making cross-bank transfers, related banks may charge handling fees. After the funds are received, the identity verification will be completed. Once the account is opened successfully, the funds can be used for trading or withdrawal; if the account opening fails, the funds will be refunded to the original account.

Step 8: Submit your application.
