Bank Codes and Account Number Explanation

When adding a Hong Kong bank account, please ensure the following information is correctly selected or entered:


● Bank Code: A 3-digit identification code. For example, 004 for HSBC, 024 for Hang Seng Bank.Some banks have multiple codes, e.g. Bank of China (Hong Kong) uses 012, 014, 019, etc.


● Bank Account Number: The account number may differ from the number printed on your bank card.You may find your actual account number by referring to the guidance below.


How to Find Your Bank Account Number?

2. Account opening documents

3. Online banking / mobile banking app

4. Bank card / passbook (account number printed on some cards)
