The Aaron's Company Inc., et al., CaseNo. 1:25-cv-00754-LMM, on behalf of a class of individuals and entities (the "Class") that held securities of The Aaron's Company Inc. (NYSE: AAN), asserting claims under Sections 14(a) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 in connection with the merger of Aaron's with IQVentures Holdings, LLC.
