Captivision, Announces Extension Granted By Nasdaq To Regain Compliance

Captivision Inc. ("Captivision" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:CAPT), a pioneering manufacturer and global LED solution provider, announced that it has been informed that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the "Panel") has granted the Company's request for continued listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq"), subject to certain conditions related to the Company's ongoing efforts to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the "Periodic Filing Rule").

The Company is working diligently with its independent auditor, UHY, LLP ("UHY"), and KPMG Samjong Accounting Corp. ("KPMG"), which provides accounting services to Captivision, to complete the restatement and re-audit of its financial statements. Captivision expects to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, on or before September 30, 2025.
