Bloomberg reported Sunday, that Thoma Bravo is in talks to acquire Dayforce.
Dayforce shares jumped 21.4% to $64.30 in the pre-market trading session.

- Plus Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:PSTV) shares tumbled 17.4% to $0.5166 in pre-market trading. Plus Therapeutics shares jumped over 15% on Friday after the company reported better-than-expected Q2 EPS results.
