TEN Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:XHLD) ("TEN Holdings" or the "Company"), through its subsidiary, Ten Events, Inc., a provider of event planning, production, and broadcasting services, announced today that it will proceed with a 1-for-15 reverse stock split of its shares of common stock (the "Reverse Stock Split").
