Lightwave Logic, Kyverna Therapeutics And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Tuesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 0.2% on Tuesday.

Shares of Lightwave Logic Inc (NASDAQ:LWLG) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company announced pricing of $35 million public offering of common stock.

Lightwave Logic shares dipped 14.5% to $3.22 in pre-market trading.

• Cellectis SA (NASDAQ:CLLS) fell 8.4% to $4.39 in pre-market trading as the company reported result for Servier in arbitration with Cellectis.
• Destiny Tech100 Inc (NYSE:DXYZ) declined 7.4% to $31.59 in pre-market trading.
• Kyverna Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:KYTX) fell 7.2% to $10.04 in pre-market trading after the company announced a $100 million offering.
• Maase Inc (NASDAQ:MAAS) fell 6.3% to $4.16 in pre-market trading.
• Argo Blockchain PLC – ADR (NASDAQ:ARBK) fell 6% to $5.32 in pre-market trading after dipping 18% on Monday.
• Canopy Growth Corp (NASDAQ:CGC) declined 5.4% to $1.57 in pre-market trading.
