U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining more than 350 points on Monday.

Shares of Peakstone Realty Trust (NYSE:PKST) rose sharply during Monday's session.

Brookfield announced plans to acquire Peakstone Realty Trust in a $1.2 billion all-cash transaction.

Peakstone Realty Trust shares surged 32.5% to $20.70 on Friday.

Aquestive Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:AQST) shares jumped 30.5% to $3.85. The company announced it received a Complete Response Letter from the FDA for the New Drug Application seeking approval of Anaphylm Sublingual Film for the treatment of Type I allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis.
Opera Ltd (NASDAQ:OPRA) gained 17% to $14.54 after the company issued strong FY25 revenue guidance.
Regencell Bioscience Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:RGC) shares rose 14.5% to $28.62.
Columbia Financial Inc (NASDAQ:CLBK) gained 14.3% to $18.59.
SanDisk Corp (NASDAQ:SNDK) surged 13% to $651.00.
Solowin Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:AXG) surged 12% to $3.18.
Veritone Inc (NASDAQ:VERI) surged 11.7% to $3.99.
Alumis Inc (NASDAQ:ALMS) gained 10.1% to $26.98.
Semtech Corp (NASDAQ:SMTC) jumped 10.1% to $87.79.
Septerna Inc (NASDAQ:SEPN) surged 7.3% to $25.04.
Soleno Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:SLNO) gained 7.2% to $41.32.
