Shares of Teradyne Inc (NASDAQ:TER) rose sharply in pre-market trading after the company released its fourth-quarter earnings report, beating estimates on the top and bottom lines.

Teradyne also said it sees first-quarter adjusted EPS of $1.89 to $2.25, versus the $1.24 analyst estimate, and revenue in a range of $1.15 billion to $1.25 billion, versus the $927.72 million estimate.

Teradyne shares jumped 22.2% to $305.00 in the pre-market trading session.
