U.S. stocks were mostly higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 0.1% on Friday.

Shares of RingCentral Inc (NYSE:RNG) rose sharply during Friday's session after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued first-quarter guidance above estimates and initiated a quarterly dividend. Also, the company increased its share buyback program.

RingCentral reported quarterly earnings of $1.18 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.14 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $644.033 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $643.509 million.

RingCentral shares jumped 37.3% to $40.35 on Friday.

Tandem Diabetes Care Inc (NASDAQ:TNDM) gained 32.1% to $24.47 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results. Also, B of A Securities upgraded the stock from Underperform to Neutral and raised its price target from $15 to $30.
AXT Inc (NASDAQ:AXTI) gained 22.4% to $29.14 following fourth-quarter earnings.
TROOPS Inc (NASDAQ:TROO) surged 20.7% to $3.86.
Satellogic Inc (NASDAQ:SATL) gained 20.4% to $3.92. Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Andres Sheppard initiated coverage on Satellogic with an Overweight rating and announced a price target of $7.
Opendoor Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:OPEN) gained 20% to $5.58 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results.
Five9 Inc (NASDAQ:FIVN) jumped 20% to $20.62 following strong quarterly earnings.
Kosmos Energy Ltd (NYSE:KOS) gained 16.7% to $2.06 after the company announced it the license extensions for the West Cape Three Points and Deepwater Tano Petroleum Agreements.
Legence Corp (NASDAQ:LGN) gained 14.2% to $53.97.
Solaredge Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:SEDG) rose 11.2% to $38.86.
Fastly Inc (NASDAQ:FSLY) gained 10% to $19.87.
Celsius Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CELH) surged 8.9% to $48.06.
McGraw Hill Inc (NYSE:MH) gained 7.5% to $14.27.
Applied Optoelectronics Inc (NASDAQ:AAOI) rose 7% to $50.27.
Corning Inc (NYSE:GLW) gained 6.3% to $138.24.
