(“SiriusPoint” or “the Company”), including the Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) rating of its operating subsidiaries to 'A' (Strong) from 'A-', its Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to 'BBB+' from 'BBB', and its senior debt rating to 'BBB' from 'BBB-'.
