Netflix, CBRE Group And More On CNBC's 'Final Trades'

On CNBC's “Halftime Report Final Trades,” Bryn Talkington, managing partner of Requisite Capital Management, named CBRE Group Inc (NYSE:CBRE) as her final trade.

CBRE will release its first quarter 2026 financial results on Thursday, April 23.

Analysts expect the Dallas-based company to report quarterly earnings at $1.13 per share. That’s up from 86 cents per share in the year-ago period. Analysts also expect CBRE to report quarterly revenue at $10.22 billion, up from $8.91 billion a year ago.

On Feb. 12, CBRE beat estimated Q4 earnings by 2.25%, reporting an EPS of $2.73 versus an estimate of $2.67.

Stephen Weiss, chief investment officer and managing partner of Short Hills Capital Partners, picked the ICE U.S. Dollar Index.

Bill Baruch, founder and CIO of both Blue Line Capital, an investment advisor, and Blue Creek Capital Management, recommended Netflix Inc (NASDAQ:NFLX).

Lending support to his choice, Citigroup analyst Jason Bazinet, on March 18, reinstated Netflix with a Buy and announced a $115 price target.

  • CBRE Group shares fell 0.9% to close at $131.99 on Friday.
  • iShares U.S. Healthcare ETF fell 0.3% during the session.
  • Netflix shares settled at $91.82 on Friday.
