GFL Acquires Frontier Waste Solutions To Expand U.S. Solid Waste And Recycling Footprint; Financial Terms Not Disclosed

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), a leading independent investment bank and financial advisory firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Frontier Waste Solutions (Frontier), a vertically integrated network of solid waste assets and portfolio company of Concentric Equity Partners and Summer Street Capital Partners, to GFL Environmental Inc. (NYSE:GFL) (TSX:GFL) (GFL), the fourth-largest diversified environmental services company in North America. BGL's Environmental Services investment banking team served as lead financial advisor to Frontier in the transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
