Shares of Levi Strauss & Co. (NYSE:LEVI) rose sharply in pre-market trading as the company reported better-than-expected financial results for the first quarter of 2026 after the market closed on Tuesday.

Levi Strauss raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance from a range of $6.60 billion to $6.66 billion to a new range of $6.63 billion to $6.69 billion, versus estimates of $6.64 billion. The company also raised its full-year adjusted earnings guidance from a range of $1.40 to $1.46 per share to a new range of $1.42 to $1.48 per share, versus estimates of $1.47 per share.

Levi Strauss shares jumped 9.9% to $21.67 in pre-market trading.

  • WM Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MAPS) fell 40% to $0.42 in pre-market trading after the company announced plans to voluntarily delist its shares from Nasdaq.
  • Turbo Energy SA (NASDAQ:TURB) declined 29.8% to $2.14 in pre-market trading. Turbo Energy recently reported FY25 preliminary revenue range of $22.5 million to $23.5 million.
  • Trio Petroleum Corp (NYSE:TPET) fell 27.1% to $0.52 in pre-market trading following a regulatory update tied to its ongoing equity offering program. The company disclosed Tuesday in a Form 8-K that it filed Amendment No. 7 to its prospectus supplement related to its at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program.
  • Battalion Oil Corp (NYSE:BATL) dipped 24.5% to $3.16 in pre-market trading.
  • Lixiang Education Holding Co Ltd – ADR (NASDAQ:LXEH) tumbled 22.5% to $0.20 in pre-market trading after jumping 44% on Tuesday. Lixiang Education Holding recently announced it will change its ADS ratio from 100 ordinary shares per ADS to 1,000 ordinary shares per ADS.
  • TMD Energy Ltd (NYSE:TMDE) shares dipped 18.1% to $1.49 in pre-market trading.
  • EON Resources Inc (NYSE:EONR) fell 15.4% to $0.74 in pre-market trading.
  • AleAnna Inc (NASDAQ:ANNA) fell 14.5% to $6.72 in pre-market trading.
  • W&T Offshore, Inc. (NYSE:WTI) dipped 12.2% to $2.96 in pre-market trading.
  • Kura Sushi USA Inc (NASDAQ:KRUS) fell 5.5% to $69.00 in pre-market trading. Kura Sushi reported a narrower-than-expected loss for the second quarter and raised its FY2026 sales guidance.
