Leggett & Platt, Allogene Therapeutics, Revolution Medicines And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones index falling over 200 points on Monday.

Shares of Leggett & Platt Inc (NYSE:LEG) rose sharply after the company announced it will be acquired by Somnigroup.

Diversified manufacturer Somnigroup International will acquire Leggett & Platt in an all-stock deal valued at approximately $2.5 billion, the companies announced.

Leggett & Platt shares jumped 12.5% to $11.24 on Monday.

• Allogene Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:ALLO) shares jumped 51.3% to $4.12 after the company announced data from the planned interim futility analysis of its pivotal, randomized Phase 2 ALPHA3 trial in first-line consolidation large B-cell lymphoma.
• Revolution Medicines Inc (NASDAQ:RVMD) gained 38% to $133.11 after the company announced results for its Phase 3 RASolute 302 clinical trial evaluating daraxonrasib. Also, all PFS and OS endpoint results are considered final.
• Spyre Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:SYRE) jumped 28.7% to $66.02 after the company announced 12-week induction data from Part A of the Phase 2 SKYLINE trial of SPY001. SPY001 reached its primary endpoint.
• Syntec Optics Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:OPTX) gained 26.7% to $11.85.
• Cellectis SA (NASDAQ:CLLS) gained 20.5% to $4.32.
• Ideaya Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:IDYA) jumped 19.5% to $36.45 after the company announced topline results from its Phase 2/3 registrational trial, OptimUM-02, evaluating darovasertib in combination with crizotinib in patients with first-line HLA-A*A2:01-negative metastatic uveal melanoma met its primary endpoint.
• Xanadu Quantum Technologies (NASDAQ:XNDU) gained 17.2% to $10.50.
• Beta Bionics Inc (NASDAQ:BBNX) surged 13.7% to $9.95.
• Lightwave Logic Inc (NASDAQ:LWLG) jumped 12% to $11.87.
• Polibeli Group Ltd (NASDAQ:PLBL) gained 11% to $8.86.
• Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd (NASDAQ:CRDO) jumped 10.6% to $132.38. Jefferies analyst Blayne Curtis initiated coverage on Credo Technology with a Buy rating and announced a price target of $175.
• Astera Labs, Inc (NASDAQ:ALAB) gained 8.9% to $162.31.
• ADMA Biologics Inc (NASDAQ:ADMA) gained 7.3% to $10.41.
• Sailpoint Inc (NASDAQ:SAIL) surged 7.1% to $11.23.
• Caris Life Sciences Inc (NASDAQ:CAI) jumped 6.8% to $19.29. Jefferies analyst Tycho Peterson initiated coverage on Caris Life Sciences with a Buy rating and announced a price target of $28.
• Avis Budget Group Inc (NASDAQ:CAR) rose 5% to $314.68.
