Marex Group Prices $500M Senior Notes Due 2031

Marex Group plc (NASDAQ:MRX) ("Marex"), a diversified global financial services platform, announced the pricing on April 16, 2026 of a public offering (the "Offering") of U.S.$500 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.680% Senior Notes due 2031 (the "Notes"). The Notes will be issued at a price to the public equal to 100.000% of the principal amount thereof and will be senior unsecured obligations of Marex.
The Offering is expected to close on or about April 21, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Marex intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for working capital, to fund incremental growth and for other general corporate purposes.
