Nektar Therapeutics, Compass Pathways, Sila Realty Trust And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

U.S. stocks were lower, with the Nasdaq Composite falling around 100 points on Monday.

Shares of Nektar Therapeutics (NASDAQ:NKTR) rose sharply after the company announced results from a blinded 16-week treatment extension period in its Phase 2b REZOLVE-AA study.

The company said the REZOLVE-AA extension results demonstrated continued improvement in patients with severe-to-very-severe alopecia areata treated with rezpegaldesleukin, with responses strengthening over time across key SALT (Severity of Alopecia Tool) measures.

Nektar Therapeutics shares climbed 18.8% to $100.88 on Monday.

• GH Research PLC (NASDAQ:GHRS) gained 27.7% to $23.44.
• POET Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:POET) gained 21.6% to $8.83.
• Sila Realty Trust Inc (NYSE:SILA) gained 19.1% to $30.40 as the company agreed to be acquired by affiliates of Blue Owl for $2.4 billion.
• TopBuild Corp (NYSE:BLD) jumped 16% to $475.80 after the company announced it will be acquired by QXO.
• Innventure Inc (NASDAQ:INV) gained 14.3% to $5.26. Accelsius announced general availability of NeuCool® IR150 and launched NeuCool HyperStart program at Data Center World 2026.
• Maxlinear Inc (NASDAQ:MXL) gained 11.6% to $29.31.
• Kaspi.kz AO – ADR (NASDAQ:KSPI) surged 10.3% to $93.63 after the company announced that Tencent,Co-Founder and CEO Mikheil Lomtadze, key members of the senior management team and long-term institutional investors have completed the purchase of 6 million American Depositary Shares from Baring Fintech Venture Funds.
• Hims & Hers Health Inc (NYSE:HIMS) gained 9.6% to $31.59.
• Legend Biotech Corp (NASDAQ:LEGN) gained 9.5% to $23.18.
• Globalfoundries Inc (NASDAQ:GFS) rose 7.9% to $59.06.
