U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 100 points on Friday.
Shares of Boyd Gaming Corp (NYSE:BYD) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected first-quarter financial results and announced a $500 million buyback plan.
Boyd Gaming reported quarterly earnings of $1.60 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.73 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $997.355 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.000 billion.
Boyd Gaming shares dipped 6.1% to $83.75 in pre-market trading.

- Coursera Inc (NYSE:COUR) dipped 10.1% to $5.37 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed first-quarter financial results and issued second-quarter sales guidance below estimates.
- LexinFintech Holdings Ltd – ADR (NASDAQ:LX) fell 6.6% to $2.16 in pre-market trading.
- BGIN Blockchain Ltd (NASDAQ:BGIN) declined 5.8% to $3.48 in pre-market trading.
- Elmet Group Co (NASDAQ:ELMT) dipped 5.8% to $16.88 in pre-market trading after jumping 28% on Thursday.
- Evotec SE (NASDAQ:EVO) fell 5% to $3.07 in pre-market trading after the company named Claire Hinshelwood as CFO effective May 1.
- Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc (NYSE:PNFP) fell 4.1% to $95.00 in pre-market trading. Pinnacle Financial Partners shares gained around 4% on Thursday after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results.
- Bloomin’ Brands Inc (NASDAQ:BLMN) declined 3.9% to $6.14 in pre-market trading. Bloomin’ Brands will host fiscal 2026 first quarter earnings conference call on May 6.
- Nice Ltd (NASDAQ:NICE) fell 3.8% to $95.00 in pre-market trading after declining around 7% on Thursday.
- Nordic American Tankers Ltd (NYSE:NAT) fell 3.7% to $5.25 in pre-market trading.
