Shares of eBay Inc (NASDAQ:EBAY) rose sharply in pre-market trading after GameStop Corp. (NYSE:GME) on Sunday proposed to acquire the company for $125 per share in a cash-and-stock transaction, valuing the video game retail chain at approximately $55.5 billion.

The offer represented a 20% premium to eBay’s closing price on Friday.

eBay shares jumped 8.1% to $112.50 in pre-market trading.

  • Skycorp Solar Group Ltd (NASDAQ:PN) gained 99.2% to $5.71 in pre-market trading after the company announced it acquired the remaining stake in Nanjin Cesun Power.
  • DevvStream Corp (NASDAQ:DEVS) gained 47.8% to $0.46 in pre-market trading after adding 8% on Friday.
  • Advanced Biomed Inc (NASDAQ:ADVB) rose 37.7% to $7.26 in pre-market trading.
  • Rallybio Corp (NASDAQ:RLYB) rose 33.2% to $12.54 in pre-market trading after gaining 5% on Friday.
  • Sono Group NV (NASDAQ:SSM) gained 23.1% to $7.39 in pre-market trading after dipping 8% on Friday.
  • Celcuity Inc (NASDAQ:CELC) rose 17.4% to $147.56 in pre-market trading after the company said its Phase 3 VIKTORIA-1 trial met primary endpoint with clinically meaningful improvement in progression-free survival in PIK3CA mutant cohort.
  • Xerox Holdings Corp (NASDAQ:XRX) gained 17.1% to $3.16 in pre-market trading after gaining 20% on Friday. Xerox, last week, reported better-than-expected quarterly sales results.
  • Lunai Bioworks Inc (NASDAQ:LNAI) jumped 13.4% to $0.36 in pre-market trading after falling 3% on Friday.
  • BlackBerry Ltd (NYSE:BB) rose 12.7% to $6.11 in pre-market trading.

  • Origin Materials Inc (NASDAQ:ORGN) fell 37.2% to $1.67 in pre-market trading after the company announced it is selling its PET cap technology and an orderly wind down of operations. The company is reducing its workforce.
  • 22nd Century Group Inc (NASDAQ:XXII) fell 33.2% to $0.92 in pre-market trading. 22nd Century Group filed prospectus to sell up to $6.4 million shares under sales agreement.
  • AIOS Tech Inc (NASDAQ:AIOS) fell 21.1% to $17.37 in pre-market trading after jumping 140% on Friday.
  • Baiya International Group Inc (NASDAQ:BIYA) declined 18.1% to $1.18 in pre-market trading. Baiya International Group, last week, posted a FY loss of $5.04 per share.
  • iTonic Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:ITOC) fell 15% to $0.30 in pre-market trading.
  • Brag House Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:TBH) tumbled 14.1% to $0.61 in pre-market trading.
  • Classover Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:KIDZ) shares dipped 14.1% to $0.74 in pre-market trading. Classover filed prospectus for offering of $200 million mixed shelf.
  • Hemab Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:COAG) dipped 7.4% to $31.50 in pre-market trading after surging 89% on Friday. Hemab Therapeutics priced its upsized initial public offering of 16.75 million common shares at $18.00 per share.
  • Evolus Inc (NASDAQ:EOLS) fell 6.2% to $5.00 in pre-market trading. Evolus will report first quarter financial results on May 4.
  • Spyre Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:SYRE) dipped 5.4% to $65.70 in pre-market trading. Spyre Therapeutics announced grants of inducement awards.
