Biodexa issues letter to Shareholders

Biodexa Pharmaceuticals PLC (Nasdaq: BDRX), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative products focused on the treatment or prevention of gastrointestinal cancers has today issued the following letter to shareholders explaining the proposals to reorganize the company’s share capital at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
