Verra Mobility, Zscaler, Box And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 200 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Verra Mobility Corp (NASDAQ:VRRM) tumbled 45% to $7.20 in pre-market trading as the company cut its FY26 guidance below estimates.

The company also announced that Avis Budget Group terminated its agreement with Verra Mobility effective Sept. 2026. The company said it was “surprised and disappointed” after receiving the termination notice from Avis Budget Group, one of the world’s largest rental car companies, and added that it is taking steps to reduce costs and adjust operations

Verra Mobility shares tumbled 45% to $7.20 in pre-market trading.

Zscaler Inc (NASDAQ:ZS) fell 21.4% to $145.00 in pre-market trading. Zscaler reported upbeat financial results for the third quarter, but issued fourth-quarter sales guidance with its midpoint below estimates.
Braiin Ltd (NASDAQ:BRAI) fell 15.1% to $10.60 in pre-market trading. Braiin shares jumped 74% on Tuesday after the company announced a partnership with Switchcraft to embed utility and teleco switching capabilities across its UK living infrastructure platform.
LG Display Co Ltd (NYSE:LPL) fell 10.4% to $4.85 in pre-market trading. LG Display recently reported worse-than-expected first-quarter financial results.
Zepp Health Corp – ADR (NYSE:ZEPP) declined 7% to $8.19 in pre-market trading. Zepp Health will report first quarter financial results on June 8.
Globalfoundries Inc (NASDAQ:GFS) shares fell 6.7% to $83.90 in pre-market trading after gaining 5% on Tuesday.
Posco Holdings Inc (NYSE:PKX) fell 5.6% to $71.20 in pre-market trading.
Insulet Corp (NASDAQ:PODD) declined 5.1% to $146.01 in pre-market trading after the company announced a voluntary Medical Device Correction for specific lots of Omnipod 5, Omnipod DASH, and Omnipod Insulin Management System Pods due to a manufacturing issue.
Palisade Bio Inc (NASDAQ:PALI) fell 4.5% to $1.90 in pre-market trading.
Satellogic Inc (NASDAQ:SATL) declined 4.5% to $10.26 in pre-market trading.
Box Inc (NYSE:BOX) slipped 2.4% to $25.00 in pre-market trading. Box posted better-than-expected results for the first quarter and raised its FY27 outlook.
