Relmada Therapeutics Increases Authorized Common Stock From 150M To 200M Shares Following Shareholder Approval

On May 28, 2026, Relmada Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation, as amended, with the Secretary of State of Nevada to increase the number of authorized shares of the Company's common stock from 150,000,000 to 200,000,000 shares (the "Charter Amendment").

The Charter Amendment was approved by the Company's stockholders at the Company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). held on May 27, 2026. On May 27, 2026, the Company held its Annual Meeting. Of the 104,888,223 shares of the Company's common stock outstanding and eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting, 66,571,711 shares, or approximately 63.47% of the eligible common stock, were present either in person or by proxy and voted. The final results of the matters voted on at the Annual Meeting are provided below.
