(NASDAQ:CETY) ("CETY" or the "Company"), a clean energy technology and solutions provider focused on converting waste and heat into power and fuels, announces that on May 26, 2026, it received a written notice (the "Notice") from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") indicating that the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the "Rule") because the Company has not yet filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 (the "Quarterly Report").
