FS KKR Capital Prices Underwritten Public Offering Of $900M In Aggregate Principal Amount Of 7.500% Unsecured Notes Due 2031

FS KKR Capital Corp. (NYSE:FSK) announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of $900,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 7.500% unsecured notes due 2031 (the "Notes"). The Notes will mature on August 1, 2031 and may be redeemed in whole or in part at FSK's option at any time at par plus a "make-whole" premium, provided that the Notes may be redeemed at par three months prior to their maturity. The offering is expected to close on June 8, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
