Shares of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc (NASDAQ:CBRL) rose sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results and raised its FY26 sales guidance above estimates.

Cracker Barrel reported third-quarter revenue of $797.37 million, beating analyst estimates of $776.69 million. The restaurant operator reported adjusted earnings of 29 cents per share, beating estimates for a loss of 45 cents per share, according to Benzinga Pro.

Cracker Barrel shares jumped 8.5% to $39.39 in pre-market trading.
