U.S. stock futures were mostly higher this morning, with the Nasdaq futures gaining over 100 points on Wednesday.
Shares of Sophia Genetics SA (NASDAQ:SOPH) fell sharply in pre-market trading.
Sophia Genetics priced its underwritten public offering of 10.526 million ordinary shares at $4.75 each, raising gross proceeds of $50 million.
Sophia Genetics shares dipped 3.5% to $4.76 in pre-market trading.

- Ormat Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:ORA) shares fell 6.1% to $125.77 in pre-market trading. Bernstein analyst Sunaina Ocalan initiated coverage on Ormat Technologies with an Underperform rating and announced a price target of $115.
- Corecivic Inc (NYSE:CXW) shares declined 5.8% to $26.27 in pre-market trading.
- Qualys Inc (NASDAQ:QLYS) shares dipped 5.6% to $107.26 in pre-market trading.
- Lionsgate Studios Corp (NYSE:LION) fell 4.7% to $15.60 in pre-market trading after jumping 14% on Tuesday.
- Silence Therapeutics PLC – ADR (NASDAQ:SLN) declined 4.6% to $6.40 in pre-market trading. HC Wainwright & Co. analyst Patrick R. Trucchio reiterated Silence Therapeutics with a Buy and maintained a $75 price target.
- Sable Offshore Corp (NYSE:SOC) fell 4.4% to $9.55 in pre-market trading after declining around 6% on Tuesday. The company announced the launch of a proposed senior secured term loan facility in an aggregate principal amount of up to $1 billion.
- Taysha Gene Therapies Inc (NASDAQ:TSHA) fell 4.3% to $5.60 in pre-market trading.
- Solid Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:SLDB) declined 4.2% to $6.77 in pre-market trading.
