Quantumscape, Marvell Technology, Micron Technology And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Thursday

U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining more than 200 points on Thursday.

Shares of Quantumscape Corp (NASDAQ:QS) rose sharply after the company announced a joint research agreement with Honda R&D Co. Ltd. aimed at advancing QuantumScape's solid-state battery platform.

The joint research agreement includes a multi-year plan focused on solid-state battery development and associated manufacturing processes.

Quantumscape shares jumped 12.9% to $7.79 on Thursday.

• Butterfly Network Inc (NYSE:BFLY) shares gained 31.3% to $7.50 after the company issued commentary on Midjourney Medical and The Midjourney Scanner announcement.
• mF International Limited (NASDAQ:MFI) gained 29.6% to $10.19.
• Smith & Wesson Brands Inc (NASDAQ:SWBI) shares jumped 17.9% to $16.19 as the company posted better-than-expected fourth-quarter results.
• Velo3D Inc (NASDAQ:VELO) gained 16.3% to $29.72.
• Fermi Inc (NASDAQ:FRMI) rose 16.1% to $10.06.
• Equipmentshare.Com Inc (NASDAQ:EQPT) gained 14.4% to $26.74.

• Marvell Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MRVL) gained 11.5% to $323.08 after Keybanc maintained its Overweight rating on the stock and raised its price target from $260 to $385.
• Fiverr International Ltd (NYSE:FVRR) jumped 11.5% to $10.74.
• Wolfspeed Inc (NYSE:WOLF) gained 11.1% to $54.12.
• SanDisk Corp (NASDAQ:SNDK) gained 10.8% to $2,170.62.
• Centrus Energy Corp (NYSE:LEU) gained 10.6% to $188.64 after Oklo signed a Letter of Intent with the company, which agreed to supply enough domestic high-assay low-enriched uranium to power up to five Aurora powerhouses for multiple years.
• Wayfair Inc (NYSE:W) rose 9.7% to $89.77.
• Micron Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MU) jumped 8.4% to $1,131.08. Wedbush analyst Matt Bryson maintained Micron with an Outperform rating and raised the price target from $550 to $1,300, while Stifel analyst Brian Chin maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $550 to $1,500.
• Intel Corp (NASDAQ:INTC) surged 7.9% to $130.68 after President Trump posted on social media about American technology, including a supportive statement about the company and a reference to an earlier deal to “help Intel in exchange for 10% of their shares.”
• Silicon Motion Technology Corp. (NASDAQ:SIMO) jumped 7.9% to $331.48.
