Insiders who bought WK Group (Holdings) Limited (HKG:2535) in the last 12 months may probably not pay attention to the stock's recent 12% drop. While we would never suggest that investors should base their decisions solely on what the directors of a company have been doing, we do think it is perfectly logical to keep tabs on what insiders are doing.

WK Group (Holdings) Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider purchase was by insider Wing Keung Chan for HK$70m worth of shares, at about HK$0.09 per share. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of HK$0.45.
