On October 15, 2026, Stephen Bardin, the Chief Financial Officer, principal accounting officer and principal financial officer of CalciMedica, Inc. (the "Company"), provided notice of his resignation, to be effective immediately following the filing of the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, to pursue another professional opportunity. Mr. Bardin’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company.
