YH Entertainment Group is an investment holding company mainly engaged in artist management business. The Company is also engaged in music intellectual property (IP) production and operation and pan-entertainment business. The artist management business covers the entire artist management industry value chain from artist training, artist operation to artist promotion. The music IP production and operation business is engaged in the licensing of music IPs to music streaming platforms and other music service providers, and the sales of digital and physical copies of music IPs. The pan-entertainment business includes commercial development of virtual artists, variety program format licensing and sales of artist-related merchandise. The Company principally conducts its businesses in domestic and South Korea markets.
