Cosmos Health CEO Greg Siokas Increases Holdings with $526K Share Purchase

Cosmos Health Inc. ("Cosmos Health" or the "Company'') (NASDAQ:COSM), a diversified, vertically integrated global healthcare group engaged in innovative R&D, owner of proprietary pharmaceutical and nutraceutical brands, manufacturer and distributor of healthcare products, and operator of a telehealth platform, announced today that its CEO, Greg Siokas, has increased his stake in the Company by acquiring a total of 1,466,764 common shares, valued at $526,000, across five transactions between April 21, 2025, and April 24, 2025.
As a result of these transactions, Mr. Siokas now beneficially owns 5,582,066 common shares in Cosmos Health.
