Scilex Holding Company Regains NASDAQ Compliance With Minimum Bid Price Requirement

Scilex Holding Company (NASDAQ:SCLX, "Scilex" or "Company"))), an innovative revenue-generating company focused on acquiring, developing and commercializing non-opioid pain management products for the treatment of acute and chronic pain and neurodegenerative and cardiometabolic disease, today announced that it has received notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum closing bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). To regain compliance, the Company was required to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 per share for at least ten consecutive trading days. This requirement was met on April 30, 2025.

The Company's common stock and public warrants will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols "SCLX" and "SCLXW", respectively.
