Napco Security Technologies Posts Better-Than-Expected Results, Joins Skechers, BioCryst Pharmaceuticals And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

U.S. stocks were lower, with the Nasdaq Composite falling around 100 points on Monday.
Shares of Napco Security Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:NSSC) rose sharply during Monday's session after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results.
NAPCO Security Techs reported quarterly earnings of 28 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 27 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $43.96 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $43.14 million.
Napco Security Technologies shares jumped 9.6% to $26.06 on Monday.

- Skechers U.S.A., Inc. (NYSE:SKX) shares jumped 25% to $61.66 after the company agreed to be acquired by 3G Capital for $63 per share.
- BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:BCRX) gained 12.2% to $10.02 after the company reported a first-quarter sales beat.
- Pony AI Inc. (NASDAQ:PONY) gained 10% to $11.44.
- Frontier Group Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:ULCC) gained 9.2% to $3.67.
- Nutex Health Inc. (NASDAQ:NUTX) climbed 8.7% to $124.64.
- Gold Fields Limited (NYSE:GFI) rose 7.7% to $22.84.
- Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited (NYSE:HMY) shares gained 7% to $16.09.
- Tsakos Energy Navigation Limited (NYSE:TEN) gained 6.2% to $18.13.
- American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:AXL) climbed 5.4% to $4.2050. The company posted upbeat quarterly earnings on Friday.
- Worthington Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE:WOR) gained 5.2% to $54.69. Canaccord Genuity analyst Brian McNamara upgraded Worthington Enterprises from Hold to Buy and raised the price target from $54 to $67.
- Tsakos Energy Navigation Limited (NYSE:TEN) shares rose 4.9% to $17.90.
